It prints batch numbers, manufacturing and expiry dates, MRP, logos, barcodes and QR codes onto cartons, pouches, bottles and labels using inkjet (TIJ) or thermal transfer (TTO) coding — giving legal traceability for pharmaceutical, food, FMCG and agro products.

Two things. The double-motor machine drives the feed section and the conveyor on separate motors, so you can change the spacing between cartons without changing the speed they pass the print head at — useful when the coder needs a slower pass than the feeder can deliver. It is also built in stainless steel rather than mild steel, which suits wash-down areas. The single-motor MS model runs both sections from one drive and is the more economical choice on a dry line with a settled pack size.

TIJ (thermal inkjet) prints high-resolution codes on porous and coated surfaces such as cartons and labels, while TTO (thermal transfer overprinting) prints sharp codes on flexible films and pouches. We supply feeders and conveyors matched to both technologies.
